Job Description
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Lead critical IT initiatives across platforms, providing expert guidance on architecture, design, and implementation. Oversee complex development efforts and ensure alignment with business goals.
Solution Oversight:
Evaluate and approve technical deliverables, ensuring functionality, security, and performance. Provide production support and troubleshoot complex issues.
Problem Solving & Innovation:
Identify and resolve technical challenges, conduct root cause analysis, and proactively mitigate risks. Guide less experienced staff to prevent potential issues.
Stakeholder Communication:
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the impact of change requests and influence decision-making through clear, persuasive communication.
Technology Strategy & Mentorship:
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Mentor team members and promote adoption of new standards and tools.
Documentation & Standards:
Review and author technical documentation, ensuring clarity and compliance with organizational standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Champion quality improvements in development methodologies, tools, and technical standards.
Development Excellence:
Write clean, maintainable code with automated tests and reusable components. Apply modern development practices to ensure scalability and reliability.
Team Enablement:
Enhance team productivity through collaboration and implementation of robust frameworks. Anticipate and resolve technical issues before they escalate.
Compliance & Security:
Ensure all deliverables meet IT and Information Security policies. Collaborate across departments to strengthen compliance practices.
Business Process Alignment:
Understand front, middle, and back-office operations to design systems that support efficient and controlled business processes, including those involving external partners.
Special Projects:
Contribute to strategic initiatives and perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4-6+ years of relevant IT experience, including at least 3-5 years in software development. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Nice to
