In brief, this role will provide you the opportunity to showcase your ability to train and pass along your knowledge to others, as well as consult with our myriad clients to help guide them to grow and enhance their manufacturing capabilities.

• Provide training and consultative support on-site and at the customer (this will be the main focus of the role as we have so many new projects taking place!)
• Support the sales team throughout sales process
• Manage customer relationships
• Creating process cycle time estimates
• Assist in fixture/tooling design
• Support the completion of turnkey system projects including documentation
• Document Activities
  Accountable for Customer Satisfaction.

Prepare reports for management and project requirements. Maintain proper records of customer issues and requests for support. Interface and assist parts, service, applications, and sales department as needed with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.
Qualifications
Qualifications
We are looking for that rare candidate that is truly energized by learning and innovating, with the ultimate aim of helping our clients make their parts better and more efficiently. You’ll have experience training or directing others, with process cycle times, process capabilities and of course a strong understanding of controls such as Fanuc, Siemens or similar. What’s more, you’ll have experience with Mastercam, GibbsCAM, ESPRIT or similar. You’ll bring a breath of experience in both milling and turning operations.
This role will focus on the Charlotte markets; visits to the office in Charlotte will be on an as needed basis in the event of an open house, demo or possible customer meeting. We expect overnight travel to be limited to 1 – 2 nights a week in the local area, at most, depending on client needs.
