We are seeking a skilled Genesys Developer with proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying IVR and Web Messaging systems within Genesys Cloud CX. You will work cross-functionally with technical leads, middleware, and Salesforce teams to build scalable and robust solutions aligned with agile methodologies.

Required Skills:

Bachelor s/Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong hands-on Genesys Cloud CX development experience.
Experience in IVR systems, agent and predictive dialers, and backend API consumption.
Solid understanding of agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
