We are seeking an experienced Internal Systems Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining internal systems and tools that support our business operations. Your strong project experience will be essential in driving system enhancements and ensuring the timely delivery of IT solutions across departments. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain internal applications, tools, and integrations to streamline business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Lead or contribute to internal system development projects from planning through execution. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot and debug system issues and provide ongoing support to internal users. Participate in system architecture decisions and recommend improvements. Ensure internal systems are secure, scalable, and compliant with best practices. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to support business and departmental objectives.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on internal systems or business applications. Proven experience managing or contributing to internal development projects. Proficient in JavaScript and Node.js. Experience with database design and management (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL). Familiarity with REST APIs and internal integrations. Solid understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Strong Communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with the Zoho One platform, including Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and related integrations. Experience with Zoho Deluge scripting language. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or HRIS systems. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, etc.).
