Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Ivalua Developer to execute logical separation within an existing Ivalua instance and support end-to-end configuration and enhancement of the procurement platform. This role involves managing business process mapping, conducting gap analysis, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with procurement and supply chain best practices. Key Responsibilities
Perform logical separation of Ivalua instance between two companies through user security modifications.
Configure and enhance Ivalua Procurement Software modules to meet functional and technical requirements.
Manage business process mapping, process re-engineering, and gap analysis to ensure optimal solutions.
Lead and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and production deployment.
Create reports and dashboards using Ivalua’s data model, including queries and stored procedures.
Implement role-based access controls by creating custom groups and user role mappings.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver on-time, high-quality solutions with proper documentation.
Support integration of Ivalua with ERP systems and middleware, ensuring seamless data flow and system compatibility.
Follow Agile methodologies and SDLC processes for structured and efficient delivery. Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing end-to-end Ivalua solutions.
Experience in 2-4 full lifecycle implementations of Ivalua modules (P2P, S2C, SRM, or Integration).
Strong expertise in Ivalua data model and report/dashboard development.
Experience in creating queries and stored procedures.
Good knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes.
Familiarity with user role and group mapping in Ivalua.
Proficiency in SDLC processes and Agile frameworks.
Strong analytical and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing Ivalua configurations.
Understanding of Ivalua’s integration methodology with ERP systems and middleware platforms.
Exposure to business requirement documentation and master clause/template configuration. Certifications
Ivalua Certification (Level 3).
