Charlotte, NC Responsibilities:
Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and identify necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process improvements
Resolve high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming, ensuring application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint
Develop comprehensive knowledge of how different areas of business integrate to achieve business goals
Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary
Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, safeguarding the firm’s reputation and assets by ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Required Skills:
Java 17, Spring Boot 3.0, Angular 14+, JavaScript, PL/SQL (Oracle 19c), Design and Optimization.
10+ years of proven hands-on development experience with at least 3 years in a tech lead role Experience in leading the development of full-stack software solutions involving front end, middleware, and backend Experience in technical project team management – Experience in working on agile projects, with knowledge in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Good verbal communication skills – Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proactive working attitude, quick learning ability, strong ownership and responsibility, good communication skills, and team spirit
