Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriateintegration of functions to meet goals and identify necessarysystem enhancements for deploying new products and processimprovements Resolve high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluationof complex business processes, system processes, and industrystandards Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applicationsprogramming, ensuring application design aligns with the overallarchitecture blueprint Develop comprehensive knowledge of how different areas of businessintegrate to achieve business goals Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts,allocating work as necessary Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions,safeguarding the firm’s reputation and assets by ensuringcompliance with laws, rules, and regulations

Education:

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Required Skills:

Java 17, Spring Boot 3.0, Angular 14+, JavaScript, PL/SQL (Oracle19c), Design and Optimization. 10+ years of proven hands-on development experience with at least 3years in a tech lead role Experience in leading the development of full-stack softwaresolutions involving front end, middleware, and backend Experience in technical project team management – Experience inworking on agile projects, with knowledge in DevOps practices andCI/CD pipelines Good verbal communication skills – Strong problem-solving skillsand attention to detail Proactive working attitude, quick learning ability, strongownership and responsibility, good communication skills, and teamspirit
