Must Have:
10 years of hands-on experience with Pega in delivering largeenterprise complex solutions. Strong communication skills to discuss and understand variousbusiness processes. Proficiency in Pega 8, Pega PRPC guardrails,and a sound understanding of all Pega PRPC features. Deep understanding of enterprise class structure, complexworkflows, and design patterns. Strong experience in case management, data modeling, integrations,agents, and performance fine-tuning. Expertise in UX/UI design and UI guardrails. In-depth knowledge of Pega upgrades, server configurations, andtroubleshooting. – Exposure to Agile development and its deliverymodel. Ability to provide estimates/sizing for high-levelrequirements. Experience in packaging and deployment. Database modeling and SQL query optimization. Exposure to Oracle SQL queries.
