Job Description:

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Mainframe Programmer with ourclient in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This isa 12 + month contract position. Please read the information in this job post thoroughly tounderstand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.

Responsibilities:

Design, code, test, and implement mainframeapplications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2 Perform regularmaintenance and upgrades to existing mainframe applications toensure optimal performance and reliability Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mainframe applicationsand systems Conduct unit testing and participate in system and integrationtesting of mainframe applications Provide support and expertise for mainframe-related inquiries andincidents

Requirements:

7+ years of mainframe development experience COBOL Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10employees will be considered for this position.
