Months Job Overview:
We are building a new team to implement OpenPages for Internal Audit, replacing our current workflow tool. We are looking for a highly skilled OpenPages Engineer with extensive experience in configuration, administration, and integration. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership of tasks, proactively seeks out work, and can independently drive solutions with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation, administration, and configuration of OpenPages for Internal Audit. Integrate OpenPages with technologies such as Hive, REST API, SQL, and DB2. Manage sprint planning every two weeks and take on critical tasks as they arise. Provide production support, resolve defects, and handle production tickets post-go-live. Gather and enhance requirements within Jira stories and execute development and testing. Ensure adherence to Agile development methodologies and SDLC best practices. Work collaboratively in a growing team, mentoring junior members as the team expands.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in OpenPages configuration, administration, and integration (Hive, REST
API, SQL, DB2
). 5+ years of experience in an Agile development environment. 5+ years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools. Strong experience with Jira for tracking development tasks and requirements. Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead solutions without needing constant oversight. A BS/BA degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience leading an OpenPages implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
