Requirements:
Proven experience in business development or outside sales within the restoration industry Existing industry relationships or a solid network in property management or insurance agents is a major plus Strong self-motivation and time management skills—you enjoy being on the move and making things happen Professional presence, excellent communication skills, and a genuine approach to relationship-building•
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with property managers, insurance agents and key referral partners Conduct regular in-person outreach (10+ client stops per day) throughout the Charlotte metro area Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions Attend networking events, community functions, and trade shows to build brand awareness Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and client satisfaction Track activity in CRM and report on progress regularly #
