Job Description:

Need a Pega LSA having a strong exp with JMS and Financial/Bankingdomain (dispute/claims).

Required Skills:

• Have 10 years of Pega hand on experience in delivery of largeenterprise complex solutions
• Must have strong communication skills to discuss and understandvarious business processes
• Pega 8.x, Pega PRPC guardrails and Sound understanding of all PegaPRPC features
• Deep understanding of Enterprise class structure, complexworkflows and design patterns
• Strong experience in Case management, data modeling, Integrations,Agents and performance fine tuning
• Strong in UX/UI design expertise and UI guardrails
• In-depth knowledge of Pega Upgrades, Server Configurations andtrouble shooting
• Must have exposure Agile development and its delivery model
• Should be able to provide estimates/sizing for high levelrequirements
• Packaging and Deployment
• Database Modeling, SQL query Optimization
• Exposure to Oracle SQL queries

Desired Skills:

• 3 to 5 years of hands on experience working as the Pega LeadSystem Architect
• 5 to 8 years of hands on experience as a system architect workingon multi-tier web application
• Experience creating frameworks and enterprise wideapplications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work within Safe Agile (Scrum/Kanban) Concepts andability to understand and work using CICD Technologies such asAnsible, Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, XLR, SonarCube and TestingAutomation Technologies such as Selenium, Tosca
• Experience with Rally and JIRA tools is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Provide solution technology guidance for areas of concentration inthe portfolio
• Provide end-to-end design guidance, oversight and problemmanagement
• Provide oversight of requirements gathering and interpretation forall infrastructure impacts across the portfolio pipel
• Provide oversight of the requirements process on key projects byclarifying requirements where and when necessary, ensure all teamsunderstand the business reasons for the requirements
• Provide end-to-end design process guidance and oversight/provideguidance throughout the design process
• Guide teams through design challenges where and when necessary
• Provide oversight of design and implementation reviews,participate in, and lead as appropriate, design and implementationreviews during the lifecycle of a project for key businessinitiatives and core engineering projects before they go intoproduction to ensure Operational Readiness
• Review final target architecture and design
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies
• Partner with architecture/development teams on business planningsessions
• Provide reviews of existing solutions includingtracking/remediating issues and gaps for resiliency, risk andperformance
• Provide technology guidance into strategic plans and businessstrategies
• Ensure technology roadmaps align appropriately to businessstrategies and plans

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Hourly Pay Rate Range

• : Between $70’hr
• $77/hr
• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based onseveral factors, including the candidate’s education, workexperience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,etc.
