Power Applications Developer (Remote/Hybrid•Must reside in Southeast US) Full-Time | Remote or Hybrid We are hiring a Power Applications Developer to join a forward-thinking organization going through major digital transformation. You’ll be the first dedicated Power Apps developer on the team—leading the way in modernizing internal tools and processes across departments. This is a remote/hybrid position, but you must currently reside in one of the following areas:

Houston, Dallas Key Responsibilities:

Develop custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to replace legacy Excel•and Access-based tools Support and maintain internal tools, troubleshoot issues, and enhance app functionality Collaborate with business leaders to understand workflows and create efficient, user-friendly solutions Ensure app integration with Microsoft 365 tools (Power BI, SharePoint, OneDrive) Work with lean IT leadership to implement best practices across internal app development Support broader modernization projects, including possible Azure or Microsoft Fabric migrations

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Knowledge of SQL, SharePoint, and integrating with various data sources Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical teams Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship available)
