We are looking for a Python Full Stack Practice Leader with deep expertise in Machine Learning/Data Engineering, and Full Stack Development, to drive technical excellence, team growth, and successful project delivery.

Role Overview:

As a Practice Leader, you will lead teams specializing in ML/Data Engineering and Full Stack Development. Your technical knowledge will guide the team in designing, building, and deploying innovative AI-driven solutions, from data pipelines and ML models to intuitive, analytics-driven user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement the strategic vision, ensuring alignment with business goals. Drive growth by identifying emerging trends and fostering innovation.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the team, promote a collaborative culture, and manage performance through feedback and goal setting.

Practice Development:

Evolve service offerings, collaborate with sales and marketing, and pursue business opportunities to expand the practice.

Project Delivery & Technical Excellence:

Oversee the delivery of multiple projects—either directly or through the team—ensuring smooth execution and maintaining high standards of technical excellence.

Financial Management:

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L, ensuring the Practice is within budget and resources are utilized effectively.

Staffing & Resource Management:

Manage project staffing, collaborate with talent acquisition, and optimize resource utilization across projects.

Quality Assurance:

Establish best practices, conduct project reviews, and drive continuous improvement in processes and capabilities.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:

Collaborate across practices, contribute to strategic company initiatives, and foster a culture of internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Full Stack Development. Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript. Hands-on experience with React or similar frontend frameworks, particularly in building dashboards, analytics interfaces, and visualization components. Deep expertise with AWS, focusing on scalable architectures, DevOps practices, monitoring, and deployment automation. Proven experience in developing and managing ML pipelines, data workflows, and integrating LLM/GenAI solutions. Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, preferably within consulting or service-oriented environments. Ability to teach and mentor. The role assumes providing employees with their career path and helping them achieve goals. Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent diplomatic and conflict-resolution skills, combined with empathy, ethics, and emotional intelligence. Calm and resilient demeanor, capable of managing dynamic teams and projects with diverse challenges.

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in consulting environments rather than strictly product-based companies. Success Roadmap for a Python Full stack
