About this role Seasoned Product Management professional, developing research andanalytics to support and contribute to the development of marketingstrategies. Responsible identifying opportunities of improvement toenhance Product Management performance.

Key job responsibilities include:

Plans, prioritizes, and manages solutions for field sales teamprimarily focusing on water-cooled chillers. Product manage large, visible projects from quote through tomanufacturing completion Creates training material and presents to sales force andcustomers in large capacity events Manage and test the electronic catalog software for the salesforce Synthesizes analyses of data, uses the results to providetraining and communications to the field Performs competitive analysis for products of responsibility;communicates product competitive strategies appropriately to thefield Updates literature and marketing materials Support pre-sale customer visits to the Carrier factoriesincluding meeting with customers and making presentations Become an active member in ASHRAE and/or AHRI Interprets specifications and discuss with sales personnel,vendors and Carrier engineering

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Discipline 5+ years experience in

Technical Sales, Product Management orProduct Marketing Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with one or more of the following applications ispreferred; chilled water units, air side equipment, commercial heatpumps Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills HVAC industry experience, preferred Other preferred industries are as follows: Compressed Air,Turbo Machinery, Industrial Machinery, Technical System ApplicationSupport Have an ability to coordinate across multiple functions, tomaintain composure in high-pressure situations, and to makedecisions in a fast-paced environment Have a combination of excellent technical skills, be aself-starter, with strong business understanding, strongself-direction, and excellent interpersonal/influencing skills towork across the Carrier organization and with customers Have a personality defined by positivity, responsibility,integrity, accountability, and respect culminating in a strong workethic Experience in the following industries, a plus: HVAC,Compressed Air, Turbo Machinery, Industrial Machinery, #LI-Onsite RSRCAR Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
