We’re building the next generation of in-venue experiences and we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help lead that charge. You’ll work across a modern stack ( React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Rails, AWS, Kubernetes ) and have a direct impact on what fans see during the game. What You’ll Do Work across the full stack
- client, server, infrastructure
- to deliver features end-to-end Lead development of tools that let sports teams control IPTV displays across large venues Build performant, fan-facing apps for suites, concourses, and premium areas Integrate live data sources
- game stats, TV listings, POS systems
- into a unified fan experience Design robust GraphQL APIs and backend services using Ruby on Rails Operate and scale services in production using AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker Improve system observability
- instrumenting metrics, logs, alerts , and uptime monitors Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to ship high-impact features Mentor team members and guide architectural decisions as we scale What We’re Looking For 15+ years of professional software engineering experience , including ownership of production systems Deep experience with React and TypeScript in complex, real-world applications Strong proficiency in designing and consuming GraphQL APIs Production experience with Ruby on Rails Expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker , and infrastructure-as-code Experience with observability tooling•metrics, logs, tracing (e.
g. Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) Solid understanding of distributed systems, performance tuning, and system design Strong product and user-centric mindset Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Why FanConnect Work on high-impact software used in real stadiums
