• Charlotte, NC (5 Days onsite) Contract W2 role

Job Description:

Participate in moderately to highly complex initiatives andprojects associated with the technology domain, includinginstallation, upgrades, and deployment efforts Identify opportunities for service quality and availabilityimprovements within the technology domain environment Design, code, test, debug, and document for low to moderatelycomplex projects and programs associated with technology domain,including upgrades and deployments Review and analyze technical assignments or challenges that arerelated to low to medium risk deliverables that require research,evaluation, and selection of alternative technology domains Present recommendations for resolving issues or escalate issues asneeded to meet established service level agreements Exercise some independent judgment while also developingunderstanding of given technology domain in reference to securityand compliance requirements Document designs, implementation, and configurations developed andprovide to technology colleagues, internal partners, andstakeholders

Desired Qualifications:

6+years of software Engineering experience, such as design,analysis, development, testing, and documentation of generalmodules or features of new or upgraded software systems andproducts.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as UI( User Interface)developer with Springboot, Angular, React, JPA
• 4+years Java fullstack developer
• 4+years’ experience with software development andbuilding systems from the ground up, adopting well-design patterns,best coding practices, automation, reusable modularization, testand business driven development, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidate must have excellent analytical skills to understand thefunctional and technical requirement . Candidate will maintainexisting UI applications as well as build new UI application.

Candidate must have hands-on experience developing new softwareusing the current technology stack running on the cloud such asthose mentioned in the Project Environment. Candidate must havehands-on experience with developing new software adopting industrybest practices, such as 15-factor methodology, feature toggle,circuit breaker, etc. Candidate is expected to define designpattern, provide high and low level design, and collaborate withpeer developers to develop components and microservices. Candidatemust be adept and nimble in adopting new technology Candidate willwork with other technology leaders and stakeholders to ensure thedelivery commitment for the scrum team.

Project Environment:

• Morethan 70% of the team’s capacity will focus on building the newenterprise software application.
• The system being built is highlycomplex in functionality and expected to process large transactionsin extremely high volume.
• This application is designed formodularization, as components and microservices, and orchestrationof these services will be based on configurable processingworkflows.
• Databases include SQL Server, Mongo DB, Postgres.
• Components and microservices environment include Kafka, AVRO, Java,Spring, Hibernate, JPA, Orchestra, Apigee,
• Test automation isextremely important using Junit, Karate, Cucumber, TDD, BDD.
• Applications are continuously scanned for outdated software andvulnerabilities so attention to secure coding practices areextremely important.
