Day:
Implement solutions, by configuring and customizing, for allcomponents of the ServiceNow GRC product. Lead the conceptualization, design, development, implementation,and maintenance of new and existing features for the existingportfolio of applications for a business area. Design, code, configure, unit test, maintain, and document softwaredeliverables using agreed upon standards and tools. Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on codingstandards, processes, tooling, and frameworks required for thedelivery of features in the sprint or product backlog. Ensure that solutions delivered by self or team members are secureand scalable, comply with defined standards and best practices. Application solution quality from design and implementation todeploy and run. Participate in definition and maintenance ofsoftware standards. Communicate with key stakeholders in the delivery of features. Maintain depth of technical understanding of third party/cloudsolutions. Evaluate technical impacts from and coordinate implementation ofnew product releases. Communicate with the Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner andthe Agile team on progress made and planned progress for the comingday and report any impediments that are blocking theirprogress. Responsible for ensuring the quality of existing and new featuresthrough both manual and automated testing and use of continuousIntegration techniques. May oversee work performed by others and serve as a mentor to thedirection of the unit while not managing people.
