Expectations:
Active Certified ServiceNow Administrative (CSA) certificate
Ability to renew/obtain a Certified Application Developer certificate within the first 90 days of onboarding
This will be non-negotiable. If an active CAD is not obtained by day 89, we will terminate on day 90
Ability to work onsite at the Brevard location in Charlotte, NC on average of 3 days per week
3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
1+ year of Agile methodology experience
1+year of JIRA experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified ServiceNow Developer who is a Certified System Administrator and Certified in Application Development to support and enhance our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications and workflows, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript.
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Implement user stories and business requirements into scalable and reliable ServiceNow solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing maintenance and support of the ServiceNow platform.
Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to development standards and governance.
Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
Experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
