About the Role
As a Software Engineer in this contingent role, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of software solutions that support complex business needs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve moderately complex engineering challenges and help drive initiatives that support scalable, high-quality software systems.
Responsibilities
Participate in the planning and execution of software engineering projects with moderate complexity.
Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
Apply a solid understanding of software engineering principles, policies, and compliance standards to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience in software engineering, or equivalent experience through a combination of work, consulting, military service, or education.
Proficiency in software development practices, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
