Hybrid Work Schedule in one of the following cities:
Charlotte, NC Chandler, AZ Dallas, TX Minneapolis, MN
3 days onsite, 2 remote

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our team on a contingent basis. In this role, you will contribute to low to moderately complex software engineering initiatives and help identify opportunities for process improvement. You will work on assignments that require research, evaluation, and the selection of alternatives, primarily related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in software engineering projects of low to moderate complexity.
Identify and recommend process improvements within the software development lifecycle.
Review and analyze technical challenges, providing solutions based on research and evaluation.
Present recommendations for resolving issues and contribute to decision-making with some independent judgment.
Develop a solid understanding of internal functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and client personnel in the software engineering domain.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or more of the following:
Professional work or consulting experience
Technical training or certifications
Military experience
Relevant education
