Senior Software Engineering Consultant

Job Overview:

As a Senior Software Engineering Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing multifaceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements. Your expertise will contribute to resolving complex situations that demand a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. You will strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
Review and analyze complex, multifaceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges.
Evaluate multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors, to provide comprehensive solutions.
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multifaceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to ensure project success.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Must be a senior individual capable of managing the Ab Initio product. This is not a developer position.
Automation skills are necessary for managing the platform and product.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Ab Initio.
Proficiency in Ansible.
Automation experience with Python.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with Red Hat Linux.
