Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Core .NET to lead and contribute to complex, high-impact initiatives within the financial services domain. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure applications using modern engineering practices in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead or contribute to the design and development of full-stack solutions using .NET technologies, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver robust software solutions aligned with business goals. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and risk management standards across all supported systems and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert-level support and guidance to internal teams. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development lifecycle. Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on .NET Core, C#, and related technologies. Proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP, or AWS). Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the financial services industry or working with regulated environments. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
