Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with astrong background in Generative AI and expertise in using GitHubCopilot to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate willpossess over 10 years of experience in software development, with aproven track record of designing and implementing complexapplications. Candidate will lead projects that leverage GenerativeAI technologies to enhance the software solutions and driveefficiency across development processes.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-basedapplications incorporating Generative AI solutions. Leverage GitHub Copilot to improve development speed and codequality, serving as a mentor for team members on bestpractices. Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate AImodels and algorithms into software applications. Architect and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIsaligned with business requirements. Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of applicationsthroughout their lifecycle. Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidanceto junior developers. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in AI and softwaredevelopment to drive innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope,objectives, and deliverables

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, SoftwareEngineering, or a related field. Experience in (AI Code Generator/ AWS sagemaker Spring AI/Harness,Postgres, MongoDB, Github CoPilot) Minimum of 8 – 10 years of proven experience as a Java Developerwith a strong portfolio of successful projects. Extensive experience with Generative AI concepts, frameworks, andapplications. Proficiency in utilizing GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisteddevelopment tools to optimize coding processes. Deep understanding of the Spring Framework, Hibernate, and otherJava technologies. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) andtheir AI services. Experience with database design, management, and SQL (MySQL,PostgreSQL, etc.). Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and acommitment to quality. Strong communication, leadership, and mentorship abilities.
