Akkodis is seeking a Teradata Developer for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC/Plano, TX(Hybrid). This role involves hands-on development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with Agile and CICD best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Rate Range:

$60/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Teradata Developer job responsibilities include:
Designing, developing, and maintaining complex data solutions using Teradata, SQL/BTEQ, and TPT scripting.
Collaborating with business partners to define and refine system application requirements.
Supporting end-to-end development lifecycle including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Artifactory.
Performing data analysis, modeling, and provisioning for financial crimes and AML monitoring.
Leading impact assessments, proof of concepts, and recommending innovative solutions.
Coordinating with production support, platform teams, and upstream/downstream applications for smooth operations.
Ensuring compliance with Agile practices and enterprise change management standards.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Teradata development and data engineering.
Strong expertise in Teradata, SQL/BTEQ scripting, TPT, and data modeling for large-scale AML and financial crimes data initiatives.
Proven experience in Agile development environments with hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Artifactory.

Pay Details:

$60.00 to $65.00 per hour
