Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Richmond, VA and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Administer support of the CA7 and CA11 tool set and tasks and their associated processes
Develop a Web application which will automate the CA7 scheduling workflow
Demonstrate technical leadership and provide technical knowledge and capabilities as a team member and individual contributor
Lead resolution processes forplex problems w analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
Develop programs in languages such as Shell Script/REXX/JAVA/REACTjs/SQL for Automation initiatives
Communicate across differing audiences including technical, managerial and vendors
Develop technical solution requirements and lead individual or small team initiatives
Participate in 7x24x365 On-call Support after proper training
Manage multiple deliverables with various time deliveries from days to months
Build interactive user interfaces using Node

JS/REACTJS

ensuring responsive and dynamic web applications
Develop server-side applications using Java
Integrate frontend and backendponents to deliverplete web solutions
Implement RESTful APIs and microservices
Design/Develop and maintain databases using Oracle SQL
Write SQL queries, stored procedures and optimize database performance
Work with CI/CD tools/pipelines
Work closely with clients to resolve Tool issues
Work in Agile teams, participate in code reviews and use version control tools like GIT, Bitbucket
Interface with application developers, support teams, software vendors and management
staff

Requirements:

Working knowledge of Job Scheduling, product support and administration with the

CA7/CA11

tool set
Mainframe z/OS, JCL, TSO, ISPF
Release/Change Tool (Endevor/ISPW/Remedy) User experience
Working knowledge of REXX
Working knowledge of IBM Utilities i.e. IEBCOPY, IEBGENER, etc.

Pay Range:

$38.01 – $46.01
