ISG is looking to add an enthusiastic Architect to support our Residential + Mixed-Use Business Unit. As an Architect, you will be an ISG Employee Owner working collaboratively with your fellow employee owners to develop creative solutions. Noted as an Emerging Professional Friendly firm by the AIA, this role provides immense opportunities to learn and strengthen skills, lead, and mentor team members with the development and design of projects. ISG is looking to immediately expand our team as we provide unmatched services for our Residential + Mixed-Use clients—crafting exceptional multi-family and mixed-use projects that truly set them apart. Our ideal candidate will have valuable depth and breadth in our industry, and at a minimum will be a skilled communicator with a passion for award-winning design who possesses valuable technical knowledge, provides proven leadership, and displays great problem-solving skills. We’ll need you to jump in headfirst on a broad range of Residential + Mixed-Use-related work, including collaboration between diverse design teams, clients, and stakeholders serving multi, mixed-use, senior living, student living, land development, and more. In this role, you will work closely with Neil Gray, AIA, Business Unit Leader and Linda Lavis, Business Unit Executive. You will also collaborate with ISG internal resources for design and project collaboration, project execution, code review and evaluations, specification writers, visualization specialists, and construction administrators. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Work interactively with clients and other design professionals in a creative environment on a broad range of unique Residential + Mixed-Use projects Work directly with clients in all phases of design process to construction, including master planning, documentation, funding development, programming, and presenting Communicate project goals, objectives, design standards and procedures with project managers and multi-discipline team Serve as a mentor and build the team
QUALIFICATIONS
