ERP Developer Position Available In Wake, North Carolina

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the performance, reliability, andintegration of enterprise software solutions, including ERP, CRM,and CPQ, ensuring they support business needs effectively.
• Evaluate and refine operational workflows to drive efficienciesin order processing, production scheduling, and inventorytracking.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of critical business data,including configuration details, stock levels, and financialmetrics.
• Design and deliver data-driven reports and dashboards thatprovide actionable insights into operational performance,efficiency, and key business metrics.
• Partner with teams across sales, finance, production, and IT tostreamline data flow and process integration across businessfunctions.
• Lead and support the deployment of system updates, new modules,and feature enhancements, minimizing disruptions to ongoingoperations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive user guides, trainingmaterials, and technical documentation while conducting trainingsessions to improve user adoption and efficiency.
• Tailor system functionalities to align with evolving businessneeds and industry best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues within enterpriseapplications to ensure continuous business operations with minimaldowntime.

Skills & Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise software solutionssuch as ERP, CRM, and BI platforms.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations, including APIdocumentation and software design best practices.
• Strong background in managing Windows Server, IIS, and MS SQLServer environments.
• Expertise in SQL development, including stored procedures,complex queries, and database optimization.
• Proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI, CrystalReports, or Excel for data visualization and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactiveapproach to problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectivelycollaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or order managementworkflows is a plus.
• Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science, InformationSystems, or similar field is preferred.
