How You’ll DriveImpact:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand andtranslate business requirements into technical specifications &code Work with product managers and UI/UX designers to implementnew features and enhancements Design & develop applications toscale while considering maintenance, resiliency, and robustnessImplement responsive user interfaces and ensure a seamless userexperience across all devices with accessibility in mind Identifyand troubleshoot software defects and issues, ensuring timelyresolution Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality andensure best practices Encourage great habits to enhance teampractices by participating in code reviews Create your own story!

You’ll have an opportunity to propose new ideas andbuild features end-to-end Who you are: 2 years of experiencebuilding high quality software Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience or equivalent education background Strong computer sciencefundamentals (data structures and algorithms) Coding experiencewith any major language, like TypeScript/JavaScript, Golang,Python, Java, C++, etc. You are an Excellent communicator and canoperate independently & collaboratively in a fast-pacedenvironment, driving projects to a successful outcome Ability andwillingness to help others succeed and be productive Bonus points:

For full time hires, the hiring base pay range for this position isbetween $106,000 and $125,000. Beyond base pay, Blend benefits andperks are described below. Final base pay offer amounts will varydepending on multiple factors, including but not limited tofunction, level, geographic location, job related knowledge,skills, and experience. Base pay will be adjusted for part-timeroles to reflect scheduled hours.
