N-able is hiring a new Senior Endpoint Engineer..e join the team! N-able is searching for a highly motivated and versatile Senior Endpoint Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Operations team. As the Senior Endpoint Engineer, you will be responsible for managing our Intune environment. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting infrastructure initiatives such as software provisioning, build management and vulnerability remediation. You will also be taking care of the on-going and continuous improvement of our life-cycle management process.
What You’ll Do
Design, test, and implement endpoint management configurations. (macOS and Windows) Manage and maintain hardware configuration profiles. Manage and maintain Autopilot / DEP policies. Manage compliance policies and remediate non-complaint devices. Managed endpoint vulnerability processes (OS and 3rd party app patching). Qualify new hardware and software. Designing and implementing test cases for new hardware or software o Coordinating testing efforts and preparing recommendations for leadership. Monitoring and maintaining device performance. Reviewing system analytics to proactively determine potential issues with corporate devices. Following change management processes, ensuring minimal impact of any configuration changes, patches, etc. Prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports. Good analytical skills to review endpoint statistics and determine any necessary actions. Be prepared to generate and deliver reports of environmental health, patch adoption, compliance, etc. Additional duties as assigned.
Experience:
5+ years’ experience administering endpoints in a cloud or hybrid environment (Intune / Azure AD highly preferred)
5+ years’ experience developing and implementing process design focused on delivering outcomes, with a customer service mindset
Demonstrated ability to discover, assess, design, implement, and remediate endpoint technologies and processes in enterprise environments

- You know your way around PowerShell, Intune, Office 365, SharePoint, MS Teams, Azure Active Directory, Windows/MacOS, etc.
