Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM. Optimize workflows, automation, and overall platform performance. Lead CI/CD efforts, integrations, and code quality standards. Guide internal teams and promote platform self-sufficiency. Partner with stakeholders to align platform roadmap with business goals.

Requirements:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITOM, and CSM (all three required). 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience. Strong background in development, integrations, and platform architecture. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and enterprise-level rollouts. Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Bonus:

Technical or Master Architect certification (preferred but not required).
