Pay Range:

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize core Client applications and modules to fit the specific needs of the business, including ITSM, CMDB, SPM, etc. Support integrations between Client and other systems or platforms using web services, APIs, or other integration tools. Identify and resolve issues with the Client platform, including debugging and troubleshooting problems with scripts, workflows, or integrations. Develop and maintain technical documentation for Client configurations, customizations, and integrations. Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into workflow solutions. Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Top 3 skills: TSM, CMDB, JavaScript Demonstrated experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS. Other programming languages and frameworks such as React, Python, and SQL is a plus. Experience configuring and customizing core ServiceNow modules (such as
ITSM, CMDB, SPM
) in an enterprise environment including workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, and ACLs. Experience configuring and customizing in ServiceNow tools such as Flow Designer, integration Hub, UI Builder, Playbook, and Configurable Workspace Our client is a leading Telecommunication Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
