Lenovo’s CSP segment is one ofthe fastest-growing in our Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG),with consistent quarter-over-quarter growth. What You’ll Do Design and develop AI rack and cluster architectures, includingGPU-based compute, networking, and storage systems, to createcomprehensive datacenter AI infrastructure solutions. Create methodologies, processes, software frameworks, and toolsfor AI cluster deployment, performance evaluation, andoptimization. Develop hardware and software features that enhance AI clusterperformance, manageability, and serviceability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute tobusiness projects and customer engagements.

Basic Qualifications BSc/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, ElectricalEngineering, or related fields. 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing datacenterhardware and software systems, with expertise in at least one ofthe following: server, network, storage, performancebenchmarking.

Preferred Qualifications PhD in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Strong programming skills (e.g., C/C++, Python, Go, shellscripting). Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Quick learner of new technologies and concepts. Innovative mindset with out-of-the-box thinking. Experience with AI infrastructure solutions in productionenvironments. Experience with AI hardware and software stacks (e.g., CPU,GPU, network switches, ML platforms, libraries, runtimes). Ability to innovate and publish at top conferences.
