Role Overview:

Supports with the cutover integration planning and executionrelated to the Workday project implementation activities. Analyzescurrent state integrations, planned future state integrations andhelps to identify any gaps or potential risks. Executes assignedtasks related to planning, vendor communication and partnershipwith IS.

Mission Statement:

Successfully lead all cutover planning and execute tasks related tothe integrations workstream for the HRTP launch of Workday. Understand data flows and system usage between internal systems andWorkday, driving alignment with other system owners Partners with stakeholders (payroll, compensation, benefits,information systems) to resolve break fixes and implement projectrelated updates Oversees large data loads and reviews HR related data for projectsto ensure accurate data transfer and smooth integration withdownstream applications Supports and optimizes the design, development and performance ofkey HR business data systems and processes Experience with cutover planning, project planning, changemanagement and project communications Champions and communicates system changes and benefits Performs other related duties as required and assigned Your background: A Bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant work experience oran equivalent combination of experience and education Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Experience in Workday Payroll and HCM core areas Advanced level of understanding of Enterprise Interface Builder(EIBs), integrations, and calculated fields Understanding of payroll processes and data flows between HR,Benefits, Stock, Compensation and Payroll Experience working with functional HR teams in the development andimplementation of technical solutions that improve efficiencies andperformance Proven background in problem solving and partnership in a globalenvironment Passion for working with people and systems, and a strong interestin helping customers succeed Ability to maintain personal and confidential information Self-starter and ability to work independently but also collaborateacross teams. A team player mentality is a must Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability tosummarize the work done in an articulate fashion via email or casenotes Workday certification Workday integration experience is a must. No exceptions. Looking candidates who understands how integrations work, hasexperience with data mapping, data modeling and understand whatcomes from benefits vendors into work day. This person is going tobe a pivotal to our cutover planning. Candidates need to be detail oriented. Experience with Asana or Jira is good to have. Candidates who haveproject management or project based roles Candidates who has experience with reporting analysis and has builtreports and scheduled reports would be nice to have. Candidates who has 1 or 2 years of implementation and really strongorganization skills. Bachelors Degree is required. Must have 4-5 years of experience all together within the field.
