Go Developer Position Available In Hillsborough, New Hampshire

Job Description Our client’s mission is to strengthen the financial well-being of their customers and deliver better outcomes for the clients and businesses they serve. Privately held for over 75 years, our client employs nearly 83,000 associates who are focused on the long-term success of their customers. The project focuses on developing market data streaming capabilities for business units. The Golang Developer will join a team responsible for working on a defined backlog of work aimed at developing new functionality and enhancing existing applications. The project will involve Golang development, full stack Java development, Angular development, JavaScript development, and database development. The goal is to enhance existing applications and develop new functionality to meet the company’s business goals. In addition to development, the following testing services are in scope:

• Functional testing
• Non-functional testing
• User acceptance testing
• Test automation
• Component testing
• Smoke testing
• Regression testing
• Integration testing This position is a hybrid role with alternating weeks onsite and remote.

Merrimack, NH or Westlake, TX Compensation:

$50.00/hr to $70.00/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. • 7+ Years of experience in developing Enterprise applications
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in Go
• Bachelors and/or masters in computer science or other related discipline
• Experience in designing and implementing real-time Market Data applications.
• Experience working with AWS and or any other public clouds like GCP/Azure (familiar with AWS components such as CloudFormation, EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda)
• Experience in creating dashboards in Data Dog
• Experience in Unix/Linux and shell scripting
• Good understanding of SRE golden signals, and service level metrics Good understanding of observability metrics and open standards
• Must be local to Merrimack, NH or Westlake, TX and willing to go onsite M-F every other week.
• Development Experience in Java, Python, Groovy, and Shell Scripting is a plus.
