Job Description
P.C. Connection, Inc. has an opening for Pega Solutions Architect in New Hampshire. Remote work options available. Provides architecture, design, and technical ownership for applications built on Pega technology and ensures that delivered solutions meet and perform technical and functional specifications. Converts functional design documents to meet programming specifications. Collaborates with analysts and business partners, participating in project meetings, testing phases, and deployment activities. Collaborates on the creation and application of technical roadmaps, standards, tooling, and frameworks for a modern application suite. Leads onsite and offshore technical teams in development activities, ensuring best practices. Initiates exploration of innovative IT methods, improving business-IT interaction as well as exploring AI and automation platforms, all while communicating new solutions to business partners. Ensures customer-centric solutions that are secure and scalable while complying with company standards. Ensures application design conforms to agreed-upon quality attributes and manages product backlog. Facilitates code reviews and sprint retrospectives. Directs agile teams in adopting best software development practices including manual and automated testing, and automated deployments all while supporting an innovative culture. Must have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or foreign degree equivalent. Must have 60 months experience as a software developer, software architect, or related, including 36 months of experience developing with Pega technologies, integrating Pega applications with APIs, server configuration, DCO, and CI/CD setup; 36 months of experience working in an Agile development environment; and, 36 months of experience with designing and implementing enterprise-class rules, PRPC Flows, activities reports and correspondence PRPC Case management, data packages, agents, UI design, dashboards, reports, troubleshooting, and debugging. Must have Pega Certified System Architect (CSA), Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), and ability to obtain PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
