Position:

Senior DevSecOps Engineer The successful candidate will focus on developing applicationsusing modern programming languages such as Node.js, Google Go, orPython. They should have experience with both relational andnon-relational databases, and demonstrate a strong understanding ofmicroservices architecture, including the development anddeployment of services in containerized environments usingKubernetes. This role requires a keen understanding of how to scaleapplications in a cloud-native environment, leveraging cloudservices for optimal performance and efficiency. The roleencompasses support through all phases of the software developmentlifecycle. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or ComputerScience. Experience in programming and software development acrossmultiple layers of the software stack (UI, web services,microservices, databases). Proven experience in leading or advanced programming andsoftware development, including analysis, design, development,implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance,troubleshooting, and/or upgrading of software systems. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and support enterpriseapplications while ensuring 24/7 availability. Experience in full-stack development, including proficiency inNode.js, Google Go, Python, or similar modern programminglanguages. Strong expertise in working with both relational (e.g., MySQL,PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB,Cassandra). Solid understanding of microservices architecture, includingthe development, deployment, and scaling of services incontainerized environments using Kubernetes. Demonstrated experience in developing, deploying, and scalingapplications in cloud environments. Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologiesand continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)practices. Experience in ensuring high availability and reliability ofenterprise applications. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Proficiency in using project management, documentation, andsource control tools. Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and services beyondKubernetes, such as service meshes (e.g., Istio, Linkerd),serverless frameworks, and cloud-specific resourcemanagement. Expertise in implementing security best practices inapplication development and deployment, particularly inenvironments with stringent compliance requirements. Knowledge in utilizing observability tools (e.g., Prometheus,Grafana, ELK stack) for monitoring and troubleshootingapplications. Experience with agile development methodologies and the abilityto work in fast-paced, iterative development environments. Previous experience working within cross-functional developmentteams, demonstrating excellent collaboration and communicationskills.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

$95,106 – $161,680 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factorsincluding, but not limited to: business considerations, localmarket conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidatequalifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
