In this role, you will bring technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills to develop solutions and align engineering efforts with business goals while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
The Skills and Expertise You Bring:
BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. 10+ Years of Software Engineering/Development Experience. Experience building applications using NET C# . Interested and enthused to learn new technology to include Microsoft Power Platform. Experience with developing cloud solutions on AWS or Azure. Proficiency in developing application components using JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular. Possess 3+ years’ experience leading development teams. Experience in consuming web services using client or server code. Proficiency in developing database scripts using SQL and developing database objects like tables, stored procedures, and triggers. Experience with Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric is a plus. Experience developing Robotics Process Automation is a plus. Strong experience in developing PowerShell scripts is a plus. Understanding of end-to-end technical architecture.
Experience with full stack development:
Client side, middle tier, database. Flexibility to switch between development technologies in multiple projects. Leadership skills to influence upward and downward, ability to influence the technology roadmap, and train team members. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Motivation, self-direction, aptitude for learning, and a team player. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues quickly and thoroughly. Specializes in implementing various solutions, from developing in-house medium-scale applications to deploying cloud solutions in the Azure cloud offering. Collaborates with architects and other team members to provide solutions that meet business needs, demonstrating a cooperative and positive spirit while enhancing the technology footprint of the customer’s organization.
