MDM Solution Architect
A leading IT services firm is seeking an experienced MDM Solution Architect to help design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-scale device management solutions. This hybrid role includes both pre-sales consulting and technical delivery, with a preference for candidates available to be onsite two days per week. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, with a strong background in Microsoft 365 administration and hands-on experience with end-user devices across diverse environments.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement Microsoft Intune and Autopilot-based device management solutions across laptops, phones, and tablets
Engage with stakeholders to assess existing endpoint management environments and identify opportunities for optimization
Provide technical leadership in Microsoft 365 tenant administration and modern workplace configuration
Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and logistics teams to support the full device lifecycle
Support both pre-sales conversations and delivery of technical solutions, aligning with client business requirements
Deliver knowledge transfer, documentation, and training to empower internal teams and client IT staff
Guide the development of security andpliance strategies within Microsoft-based endpoint environments
Stay current with emerging trends and tools in mobile device management and endpoint security
Offer hands-on support and advanced troubleshooting forplex MDM-related issues

Requirements:

5-7+ years of experience in IT with a focus on modern device management and cloud-based administration
Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 tenant configuration and policy management
Proven experience managing Windows device lifecycle and ing security,pliance, and automation best practices
Strong consultative skills and the ability to clearlymunicate technical concepts to a variety of audiences
Experience mentoring IT teams and building internal capabilities around endpoint management platforms
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Familiarity with security frameworks, identity management, and enterprisepliance needs
Experience working in professional services, systems integration, or reseller environments preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
