This individual will lead the development, deployment, and management of automation solutions across various business functions using Automation Anywhere and similar automation tools. The role involves acting as an architect, developer, and strategic advisor to drive automation adoption and streamline operations.
Pay:
$77,842. Flexible based on experience.

Day:
Play a pivotal part in transforming the Credit Union’s operations through automation, optimizing workflows, reducing manual tasks, and enhancing member experiences.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of automation initiatives, from feasibility assessment to deployment and monitoring, while continuously driving improvements.
Play a key role in developing governance models to ensure all automations comply with security, risk, and operational standards while supporting a scalable and sustainable automation environment.
Responsible for defining automation best practices, frameworks, and methodologies that will serve as the foundation for the Center of Automation.
Design, develop, test, and implement automation solutions using Automation Anywhere and other RPA/APA tools.
Implement robust governance and compliance controls to ensure automation solutions align with financial regulations, security policies, and operational risk standards.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent industry experience will be considered.
8-10 years of experience in technology roles bridging business and IT, with a focus on automation, process optimization, and software development.
Certification in Automation Anywhere (preferred), UiPath, or related RPA tools is a plus.
Strong expertise in Automation Anywhere (AA) required. Experience with AA Control Room APIs a strong plus.
Proven ability to lead automation initiatives, including solution design, development, testing, governance, and change management.
4+ years of experience with programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Python, Java, JavaScript, .NET, or VB Script). Strong JavaScript skills are essential.
Experience with API development (Mulesoft preferred) and system integrations.
Knowledge of banking systems, technologies, and compliance requirements related to automation.
Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases for data management and integration.
Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning concepts as they apply to automation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to anticipate risks, blockers, and dependencies across multiple projects.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio/Lucidchart, PowerPoint).
