Infra. Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales Insight and Dynamics 365 for Sales. With a hybrid work model the candidate will collaborate with multi-functional teams to enhance business processes and drive innovation. This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 and a strategic attitude to align technology with business goals.

• Responsibilities
• Design and implement robust infrastructure solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales Insight and Dynamics 365 for Sales to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of infrastructure solutions to support business growth and innovation.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members ensuring standard processes are followed in all implementations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure designs and configurations.
• Conduct regular assessments of existing infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Lead the integration of Dynamics 365 solutions with other enterprise systems to streamline business processes.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to maintain optimal operation.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 technologies and incorporate them into infrastructure strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of infrastructure solutions with business objectives.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for complex infrastructure issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Contribute to the development of long-term infrastructure strategies that align with the companys vision and goals.
• Qualifications
• Possess extensive experience in Dynamics 365 Sales Insight and Dynamics 365 for Sales.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex infrastructure challenges.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Have a proven track record of designing scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
• Show proficiency in integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
• Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.

• The annual salary for this position depends on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
• This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
