Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Developer with 8+ years in IT and strong expertise in cloud-based contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing Amazon Connect E2E solutions, including Lex bots, Lambda integrations, real-time dashboards, and AI/ML features like Transcribe, Comprehend, and Contact Lens.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambda (Python/Java), API development
Expertise in Terraform, S3, Glue, Athena, QuickSight
Deep understanding of call flow design (static & dynamic) and speech analytics
Strong collaboration skills with globally distributed teams
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
