Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Architect with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Lead, execute and deliver one or more strategic initiatives
Will be the primary architect and hands on technology leader
Responsible for development and support of various applications in the group and hands-on design, architecting and development of solutions
Responsible for developing clean and progressively enhanced code forplex enterprise applications

Requirements:

12+ years of total experience with at least 8+ years of hands on core Java experience
Prior experience in managing/leading a team of 4-6 developers
At least 2+ years ofplete user interface development experience using Angular 5+
Unix/Linux scripting
Understand Single Sign-On set up, OAuth 2.0, HTTP headers implementation for mitigating security risks
Middle tier development

• Webservices, spring boot, REST
  HTML/DHTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, TypeScript
  5+ years of backend database development
• Oracle preferred
  Experience in using SDM tools
• , JIRA, Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.

Effective problem solving skills and insist on highest standards
Very strongmunication skills, and ability to interact with senior business partners as well as senior technology management
Experience with both External and Insider Threat as focus areas within Information Security
Experience with Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint and Visio
Understands Investment banking and primary markets to design efficient solutions
Ability to navigate and work effectively across aplex, geographically dispersed organization
Exceptionalmunication and business relationship skills
Ability to build consensus and cooperation as well as to influence, interact and negotiate with senior leadership in the organization
Knowledge of change and project management methodologies and principles and the ability to integrate them into project design
Broad knowledge of Information Security technologies, techniques and processes
Experience leadingplex technical projects, meeting target timelines, facilitating project meetings, authoring project documentation, issue resolution, and project resource identification
Demonstrable ability to self-direct creation of the vision and implementation of strategic patterns across the enterprise, with minimal supervision to achieve program goals
Excellent process design capability to improve overall efficiency, mitigate resource conflicts, and improve customer/client experience
Strong analytical skills along with deep technical expertise and the ability to dive into technical details including design and development and troubleshooting ofplex issues
