5+ years experience working as an ApplicationDeveloper. Comfortable in more than one programming language with astrong understanding of fundamental web/internettechnologies Engineering Practices Strong understanding of refactoring and how to applythese techniques to build and maintain high-qualitysolutions Comfortable pairing with others on both simple andcomplex problems

Qualifications:

Expert-level implementation skills with Java andJ2EE Strong experience working with an SCM tool likeSubversion or Git Strong experience working with Maven as a build toolincluding a firm understanding of Maven standards and commonpractices.
