Job Description
Baer is looking for a Python Developer for a 6+ month project located in Jersey City, NJ.

Description:
Design, develop, test, and optimize scalable Python applications. Work with Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration of microservices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements. Write complex SQL queries and manage data operations. Maintain and improve application performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues; provide ongoing technical support. Communicate effectively with client stakeholders, including director-level personnel.
Requirements:
6+ years of hands-on experience with Python, Kubernetes, and SQL. Proven ability to work as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Financial Services and Payments industry experience (SWIFT MT/MX) is highly desirable. Must be local to or willing to commute to Jersey City, NJ.
