Job Description:

Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance front-end applications using React.js. Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces that support financial crime detection and prevention workflows. Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux or MobX) and ensure adherence to best practices. Collaborate with back-end developers, UX designers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers. Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to modern development standards. Must Haves 8-10 years of professional front-end development experience, with a strong focus on React.js. Expertise in building complex, large-scale web applications. In-depth knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Proficiency in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Strong understanding of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. Plusses Experience with TypeScript and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, ESLint). Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and performance optimization best practices.
