Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of IT experience.

Certifications:

Appian Certified Senior Developer Certification or Appian Certified Lead Developer Certification. 5+ years of experience as an Appian Developer. 7+ years of experience in successful software delivery or software development.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Appian platform essentials and suite of capabilities. Experience with one or more end-to-end Appian BPM implementations (Design/Develop/Deploy/Package). Expertise in Appian Objects such as: Records, Sites, Actions, Security, Expression Rules, Constants, Query Rules, Web API, Interface Rules, CDTs, Process Models, Decisions, Integrations, Connected Systems, Data Stores, Groups, etc. Ability to analyze, debug, and revise existing application logic and update documentation as needed. Understanding of how Appian integrates with third-party technologies, along with providing recommendations and implementation support.
