Application Programmer Position Available In Mercer, New Jersey

Application Programmer Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain and test software applications that support business units or supporting functions Application program solutions involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools Participate in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies Provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives Serve as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource Lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations Have responsibility for a project and project budget Collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software applications Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities Work under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants

Requirements:

7+ years of web and rest services application programming experience .Net, J2EE/Java. Working knowledge of software frameworks such as Struts, Spring, Spring MVC, Groovy, Scala, Open Source components, Rest API etc. Experience with the development models such as Agile and SDLC Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment 7-10 years of experience Desired skills: Front End technologies – HTML5, CSS3, SASS, ES6, jQuery, Nodejs, Responsive Web Design Hands on experience with markup languages and templating Engines such as handlebars.js and JSX. Working experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Vue.js, React Familiarity with browser testing and debugging and resolve cross browser issues Build ADA friendly apps with JAWS, talkback, voice over Pay range : $58.26 – $66.26 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
