About the Role
As a Software Engineer in this contingent role, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of software solutions that support complex business needs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve moderately complex engineering challenges and help drive scalable, high-quality outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of software engineering principles, compliance standards, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Participate in the planning and execution of software engineering initiatives with moderate complexity and scope.
Analyze and troubleshoot technical challenges, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions.
Contribute to the development and implementation of software systems, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to deliver high-quality engineering outcomes.
Apply best practices in software development, testing, and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience in software engineering, or equivalent experience through a combination of work, consulting, military service, or education.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages and software development frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate and resolve technical issues.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
