Sr. Software Engineer (Full Stack Developer) 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars Iselin, NJ • Hybrid work The Sr. Software Engineer (Full Stack) works on the development/modernization, upgrades, and maintenance of End-to-End workflow applications. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications. Maintain code integrity and organization, while modernizing and maximizing efficiency. Active involvement in and contribution to requirement analysis. Active involvement in and contribution to design reviews, development, deployment, unit testing and code reviews. Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features. Mentoring new developers and team members and collaborating with the Business Analysis and QA teams. Participating in application framework design. Collaborate with a team of developers while ensuring your own personal work is completed in a timely manner. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering or an equivalent degree is required. 5 + years of experience and skills in Java using the following technologies: Java/JEE, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, JSP, JSTL, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, XML Struts, Spring Must demonstrate excellent programming, and software engineering capabilities, software troubleshooting experience, and velocity. Experience with Java Web Frameworks/ Spring Boot. Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, software design, and best practices. Excellent troubleshooting skills Great attention to detail 3+ years of experience with JavaScript Frameworks like (Angular, React, Vue and KnockoutJS) – prefer experience with Angular vs 11/13. Effective oral and written communication skills are required. Ability to work independently and excellent initiative. Work well with others and enjoy being part of a diverse team.
